    5Dimes poker is pathetic
worst I have ever seen for internet poker. I asked for hand reviews to be emailed which is an option they never show up and eventually they send me something that contains no hand reviews just where money was transferred. I asked because there was 2 other people at the table with a code in their name. When they were called out on it after some shady playing went on they took off. Now 5dimes help says that it is an external company that does their poker and that is fine but when you cant contact them or have no way of verifying anything then there is an issue. 5dimes is quickly becoming a joke and they pay SBR so they will always have an A++++++++++++ rating. typical

Many players from other sportsbooks will have a code for a username...I think bk or bkr is for bookmaker. I play on 5dimes frequently and am wondering if you are doing something wrong, because I have not had any issues with looking at previous hands.

you ask by going to the top where it says review and you can ask for it right there or get it emailed. I chose email never came and then I got some bogus transaction sheet that I can look at on the site? Yea code in name could be coincidence sure and if they send me the reviews and all look on the up and up I am happy to say I am wrong, I would rather be wrong to be honest. But if I cant see the review I will always be sketched out.

So I deposit $100 and loose $95.05 quickly. Like 300 hands, not a single flush and below average on sets & straights (as defined by Poker Tracker 4). I log back into my account to, well lets be honest, loose the last $4.95...only to find out my account balance is $0. I run the financial report to verify I missing $4.95. I then contact customer service on 3 occasions to find out what happened. Bellow are the transcripts:

            1.
You are now chatting with 'Scott'
Scott: Welcome to our Live Chat service, how may I help you?
My Acct Number: There appears to be money missing from my account

My Acct Number: if i run a Real Money Sessions report, it only totals $95.05

My Acct Number: I deposited $100

My Acct Number: My balance is $0.00

            My Acct Number: Hello?

Scott: Thanks for holding. I'm assisting several accounts at the same time, I appreciate your patience.

Scott: In deed you deposited $100 back on 02/18/13. Where are you reading that report ?
My Acct Number: Financial History, from the cashier window

My Acct Number: I knew I had a small amount left, when I logged in it said $0.00. Running that report it shows I should have a balance of $4.95

Scott: We can only see your balance. remember that the poker is a 3rd party vendor.
Scott: We are going to send an email to the poker support explaining you case but you will need to check your account in no less than an hour, as we need to wait for their reply.
Scott: Check back your account asking for the poker reply in no more than an hour.
My Acct Number: So you do see a balance of $4.95?

Scott: I actually recommend you to wait for their reply and start from there, to avoid misunderstandings.
Scott: I explained them in the email sent exactly what you explained me.
Scott: Is there anything else I can assist you with in the meantime ?
My Acct Number: No, Thank you.

            Scott: You're welcome.
Scott: Thanks for choosing us. Have a great day!
Chat session has been terminated by the site operator. Feel free to chat back should you have any further questions or concerns.

            2. Next day.

Scott: Welcome to our Live Chat service, how may I help you?
My Acct Number: We spoke yesterday

My Acct Number: Here is our conversation
            ....Pasted in conversation from above...

My Acct Number: still no funds

My Acct Number: I'm begining to worry about the saftey of my funds with this institution.

Scott: Let me check with the emails department
            Scott: Just a moment, please.
Scott: Thanks for holding Bryan, we haven't receive a reply from the poker yet. There was a system upgrade which may have caused a delay in a some emails. Please contact us back in a while to check again.

            3. Now here comes the best part (again next day, 48 hours total)

You are now chatting with 'Leo'
Leo: Welcome to our online Customer Service! How may I assist you today?

My Acct Number: Im just going to paste the last 2 sessions I've had with customer service
            ....Pasted above conversations....

My Acct Number: My account balance is still $0. It has now been 3 days and no explanation of where the missing money is. How can I deposit money if I'm not sure it is safe?

Leo: Can you please confirm your account number and password?
My Acct Number: <supplied account #>

My Acct Number: absolutely not on the password

Leo: In order to receive live assistance through phone, email or Live Help, you must provide your account number and password to the representative.
My Acct Number: Thats absurd. Never does anyone ask for you password.

My Acct Number: Why was I not asked the last 2 chat sessions?

Leo: Sir this is posted in the general rules I need your password in order to check your account and help you
My Acct Number: Not going to happen.

My Acct Number: And I will be closing my account.

My Acct Number: First I'm robbed, and now you want my password.

My Acct Number: 5 Dimes is a joke

My Acct Number: I suggest you share this with your manager.

Leo: Im sorry you feel this way sir please provide your password in order to help you
            My Acct Number: Never

My Acct Number: There is not a single company out there that would ask for such info

My Acct Number: As a matter of fact, most compaines publicly state that "an employee will never ask for your password"

My Acct Number: Let me get this strait, you steal $4.95 from me, and now you want my password

My Acct Number: Not going to happen

My Acct Number: And I will be filling a complaint with anyone and everyone I can.

My Acct Number: Including my bank, from where my deposit was made.

My Acct Number: I'm sure I'll be seeing my entire deposit back

Leo: What do you mean we steal from you?
My Acct Number: I told you there is $4.95 missing from my account

My Acct Number: Now "Scott" has looked into this twice

My Acct Number: sent an email

My Acct Number: if you'd read above you would know this

My Acct Number: Funny how Scott helped me twice, with no need for a pw, but now you need it

Leo: Let me check your account, just a moment please.

            No response after an hour.

buckshot... 5Dimes/pokeragent has always asked for my PW when talking to CS

                Standard

If some CS person didn't previously ask you they didn't follow the protocol I've encountered

5Dimes has ALWAYS paid me promptly (tho at various times their "checking" w/pokeragent has taken ~24hrs)

I personally ain't to crazy bout the shitty traffic/tourneys(some exceptions)/almost non-existent SnGo's and shitty cash games tho
