the best strategy for guys near the bubble would be to play the last tournament of the day so they know EXACTLY what place that they need to finish.

For instance, guys like no1here and wikkinsane CANNOT finish in 9th, 8th or 7th. They both need to finish in 6th place or higher to overtake jmmyproffit. So that is some strategy right there. If they are shortstacked at all with like 15 left, then they need to call with virtually anything if three guys are all in in front of them.

You have to get your allin with 2 or 3 callers in the hand when you are short stacked. Either that, or offer to buy out the competition at the final table. buying them out would be easier i think. All they get is poker points right now, just pay them real points and they might just quit. Just spitballing here, but I amsure that it will happen

You're an asshole and are advocating cheating! Your ass should be barred from even competing for suggesting someone "buy out" a player to get them to throw a competition! Just like a douche like you to suggest cheating as a way to get on a team. I hope you get your ass handed to you by the World team, fuk'in loser!

I either get the last time slot of the day, or I register in an early time slot and get blinded out. Beerdog was 10th place so he should get the last choice.

i just missed, too bad not more from around the world in. Some pussies have to play a 8 am or 10 am to get in. They wouldn't do shit in the 10 pm or midnight tourney. Good luck to those who made it

It's pretty much the same for me. I can only play the 8 PM onwards ones because I spend time with my family after work. I can be more flexible if some of the tournaments fall on the weekend though.
