It is absolutely silly for anybody to state that open folding on a guy that has likely made a spade Royal Flush.

It is nothing more than a dick move.

To get any +EV, there has to be benefit for you to folding. Screwing a fellow poster out of a big win when you have nothing to lose or gain, is just wrong on so many levels.

Plus, he might have nothing so a guy is going to fold on a check because another player might have a Royal? Better chance of being doinked by a meteor.

By pushing folding you're encouraging other people to do it too, including if you're the person who has the royal. Therefore it's a -EV proposition right off the bat, since you're promoting a strategy where nobody ever wins.

this will happen very often during this promotion ... it is like playing slots ... you need 7 7 7 on the same line for the jackpot, but you will get a lot of times only 2 7's on the same line, with the third showing just a little above or bellow the line

i do not see any rule listed where one or both cards in the players hand must be used to make the royal flush.

well yeah it is now as you just edited in this part

in the event that the community cards are 10-J-Q-K-A in spades, the players that play the hand to showdown will equally split the point value of an iPad 2 in the form of poker points with 3X rollover.
