    Wow
    just got buried.

two pair on flop (A9), downsouth I think made a huge bet putting me all in, he had AK unsuited (in other words, a pair of aces). Runner runner hearts flush.

    I hate ring games.

Never play them except I had to today with the rollover requirements.

Oh come on now, I had to get pretty unlucky on flop for both you and other guy to hit your pair and your common side card with the 9.

But yes, was very lucky on turn/river

I feel the pain. I absolutely suck at cash games and am not looking forward to rolling over the pts. DS you should start a rollover bank where we give you our pts and you can roll them over for us

^^ The bets went in after the flop, when I had you dominated.

I think I was big blind anyway, so I didn't even have to bet to see the flop. Flop comes, 240 chips in or something like that, I have clearly the best hand.

        4uk:

I was thinking of that earlier. I have no luck with these ring games.

I agree you had best hand(and you were small blind and I raised pot 7 times the big blind) , my point was I got unlucky on the flop, you catch 2 outer on flop to take lead.

No biggie one way or other, sometimes you get lucky sometimes unlucky. Sometimes both in one hand.

made it back with two big hands.

            Finished rollover that way.

Had you raised pre-flop, I wouldn't have even been in the hand. My point was that I called a huge bet when my hand was clearly in the lead. I was waiting all day in the ring games for a hand like that to happen. Hours and hours.

To me, it's irrelevant pre-flop because no one bet pre-flop. Obviously AK is better than A9, but no decisions were made there because no one raised. The decisions were made post-flop.

So the question is whether two pair is better than one pair.

I deserve extra credit for scalping bcat as well as about 8 others.

I'm playing a tournament right now and the ring games have done something to my style. I'm doing well, but with a different strategy than the one I normally employ.

I feel like one of the MLB players saying the HR derby messed up his swing.

I'd rather this happen in a ring game than tournament.

I wouldn't. In the SBR freerolls, I don't get that upset by bad beats because they're freerolls. The problem is after I win I'm putting my points on the line.

Maybe you're talking about a high stakes tournament?

In this case, just from a purely points perspective, it was something like a 330 swing, which you wouldn't really have in an SBR tournament.

Not a fan of this rollover BS, I don't care much to play ring games either. The amount of time you have to sit in ring games to satisfy the rollover requirements is ridiculous and that's assuming you win or can break even. I wish they would give us the option to rollover in the sportsbook/casino as well. Maybe have some MTT with entry fees as well as free rolls.
