I personally feel they got off cheap really, because [iSBRFORUM]AbsolutePoker[/iSBRFORUM] only received a $500,000 fine that will most likely be donated to a charity of some type.

For those who are interested, UB apparently has had superusers as well playing high stakes games. Seee this 2+2 thread http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...ad.php?t=99247 While I don't like cross posting forums this is starting to show a pattern and KGC again the the "enforcement" agency.

I Havent played there much lately, and will pull the few $ i got there, lets see how UB responds, but from all info i've read thus far, UB higher ups may be involved,lots of evidence has been brought forward and players in question have uncanny VPIP , and AF#'S after the river are way out of wack comparitivly speaking the AF#'s after flop,and turn, just circumstancial evidence,but that combined with many other factors seem to imply thievery has been going on at UB.

They are also related to AP,Plus many of the accounts in question were closed down at the same time the AP fiasco broke, also 2 of the accounts in question were closed within the last 3 days.

Complete slap on the wrist. The KGC is 100% in Absolute's pockets (obviously), and I don't think anyone expected a damn thing to get accomplished. I see the players get no retribution either

I hadn't heard of it until the thread on 2+2. I have used sharkscope plus I keep poker tracker stats on my opponents. I haven't played at UB for years and it seems only to be with UB stats.
