        It don't know if it's legal or not, but once you win money in one and use it in a cash game it's no longer legal for a US player.

          You dont know what you are talking about.First off it is not illegal to play for money online.It is illegal to deposit money yet that is only for the bank or payment company.The player is not doing anything wrong by U.S. laws.State laws are in place in some states that make online poker Illegal.Most states however do not have these.
