Poker winnings

Im a non pro, and have about 500 points in winnings. The cashier says its still pending. Is this normal or will i ever see my winnings until i become a pro?

You need to take the 'Poker Points' you have won to a table and risk them 3x. They will then be automatically converted to regualr points and appear in your Betpoints wallet after exiting the poker client once rollover is completed.
