Points Missing After SNG - ADMIN Help Please

I joined 2 SNG's ($200+20 and $100+10) and after 45-60 minutes of no one sitting, I closed both tables out and closed the program

Now I noticed my points were never refunded. They aren't listed as "In Play" in the program either. They're just gone.
