I notice I am not well liked around these parts, neither is bobby.

I'm thinking a tag team leaderboard challenge.

February-November (notice month schedule)

Bobby's + my total vs 2 others.

Well i do not play as much as most so I would like someone with the same averages. I expect bobby to finish near top of leaderboard so someone that will be up there as well for your "A" captain. Then someone like me to finish it off in the group B section. (someone to finish outside the top leaderboard on sbrpoker.com)

Hell if we could do 3 vs 3 I'd do that too as long as everyone involved is trustworthy to send.

This isn't cleared with bobby either and he might not agree to it

Interesting idea rudy....hard to keep a level playing field though when number of tourneys played is such a large factor in scoring. These challenges only work when contestants have about same number of tourneys played.

Also, you're doing yourself a huge disservice lumping yourself in the same category as bobbo...unlike him, you're a good poker player, capable of winning outside of a freeroll/massive overlay environment as well as cash games. Plus I doubt bobbo would be up for this; he spent a good part of last year telling us it was too much effort for him to post 2 screenshots and accept DS' various challenges, and he's still ducking DS

I didn't respond, as I'm not interested in challenges I can't fully control & be responsible for. I obviously can't control how much Rudy drinks & decides to play or not. So it would be throwing pts away against the suggested team that:

A) Plays every day
B) Both on 2014 leaderboard.

If mpasch and jake are down, I'd team up with you vs them for shits and giggles with a modification: after the end of the qualification period, you and I play jake and mpasch heads up ring; starting stacks proportional to amount of points won no rebuys, winning team takes all (in event heads up matches go 1-1, winners play for tiebreaker). 5 drink minimum optional, but highly encouraged

we check in a certain day (maybe send 1 point back n forth to acknowledge playing that day) to say ok this day counts for stats.

after 100 events we see where the finish is?

seems like extra work though

I just just don't think we will be close to them in tourneys, esp during summer for me, that's when I usually have to skip a few days or week(s)

I'm down for this too rudy (poker, without the betting); with jake and mpas, i'd trust em (hard to monitor otherwise without a lot more work). What do you think gents? Format ok for everyone? Stakes?
