It sucks you didn't understand and missed out. But sheesh, move on. There will probably be a new contest that is the same as all the others, only pros can qualify, in a week or so. And you're set for that now.

Because SBR are treating me like a red-headed step child. I should have known better than asking relevant but inconvenient questions back in 2013. They are busy as they are, why go out of their way to provide actual customer support?
