I think some can gain entry via satellite(s) or by paying a 5000 point entry fee.

The 75 (or whatever number, IS the satellite). I doubt anyone has paid the 5,000 at this point and I doubt anyone will, though I guess it's possible. I just don't quite know where 86 came from. I must be slow.
