Hello SBR I have been playing these daily tourneys and have had disconnects every single day. Last night with a winning hand I was frozen resulting in lost hand nearing the end of the game !! . Also there is a box that pops up every time a table changes or the game begins, or if I choose to view another table to play multiple tables. These boxes pop up and there may be six or seven of them and you can't do anything until they are gone. The box will ask a question and you have to keep mashing the no button until they all go away. This has been happening every day and night. I don't complain and this is not a complaint. You asked for information so we can get up and running normally so this is my experience and I am sure others as well. I am in the eastern part of USA. Thanks for listening

I had the program still open from playing an hour earlier. I never logged out. The 9 PM started and it didn't open the table for me. I opened the tournament and it was blank. I had to restart the program[quote=jjgold;5683305]I win again like usual

Any updates on whether this will be resolved my Nov 1. What will happen with the poker contest? Are you still being DOS'd?
My take on the last few weeks:
I was getting script errors when opening the client which was preventing me from being able to play. As soon as the table opening green box would appear i would receive script error after script error, even switching to laptop with no prevail. Seems to be fixed at least so far this week, pleayed M5,7,9 and T5,7,9 and no problems to report other than running real good then card dead for an hour then real good at the final table...
Im starting to feel bad about hitting 2 outers on QQ vKK or && v AA

CANADA I have played a few Games up to this point and must say I had no problem with any of the things that I have read eg. Disconnects, Different Windows pop up etc. even when I sign in it goes as smooth as silk, cant say it will continue to work like this but hope that SBR can straighten things out quickly for all the Guys that have mayor problems, so everyone of us can play on an even Paying Field coming Nov. 1/13

Just logged in (and received the new update) and the popups did not happen. That said cash summary that used to show up in the main screen just above the Cashier button is no longer there. I will try and play in the 9pm to see if the games are resolved also.

So far the only thing I have to report thus far is that I noticed at times that at the end of the hand, the software highlights the wrong 3 cards. (the 3 cards on the play field).

you need to play a total of 1500(3x500) points but you have only 999 left of your rollover. Whatever you have left after 1500 played, you get as normal SBR points.Comment -
