If one is sitting out, one round-two rounds of sitting out, they should be removed from table.. I think it is 3 now, it is frustrating waiting on the list while 3-4 people are sitting out.

For those who sit out with no intentions of returning, they should just leave the table instead. Especially when there's a waiting list. Unfortunately, there's a lack of consideration in that regard.
