Dont disrespect me because I want a clean game. That was bullshit and you know it, the next hand after tilting you unplugged. It was so obvious. Ive asked a mod to look into it.

why would i unplug my modem i could of easily left the table.. are u really that stupid?
While the mods are "looking into this" can you have them look into booting me off there poker client last week when i hit the nut full house on the flop?
or that one time when they booted me during the final table to blind me out?

OP I agree with calling people out for this stuff. But this was just coincidence. Jeffie is top notch.

Let's say Jeff was hypothetically doing this, what kind of advantage does he get? I'm not sure I understand how it would benefit him.

Let's say that you are involved in a big pot. You hold AK of diamonds, and the board is 7 10 9 Q, with three diamonds, giving you the nut flush. The way your opponent is playing his hand, you are pretty sure he has a set, probably QQ. The river comes a Q, pretty much the card you wanted to see the least. Now you are losing the hand to any Q, or any pair of 7's, 10's or 9's. Your opponent immediately goes all in for the rest of his stack. Now how does one abuse this situation?

Let's say that you THINK your hand is still good, but you don't want to call down a 3k bet. If your table had disconnect protection in this situation, you could purposefully disconnect, in order for the hand to play out without having to call down that HUGE bet. If he's bluffing, you will win the pot. If he
indeed has a Full House, the hand will play out with minimal damage to your stack.

Obviously this is unethical, and if you do this, you will be reported to the
poker room. This is how people abuse Disconnect Protection; watch out for it.

Hear ya, I've been disconnected many times myself. Your situation is obviously not abuse due to the small pot size & you're not a repeat offender. Not your fault you were disconnected, just happened to be involved in a hand when it happened.

Just a word of advice man not everything people say needs to get you in a mood to need to fight them. You even called him a good guy and admit what he said was true so take the laugh in stride and go about your day.

Just a word of advice man not everything people say needs to get you in a mood to need to fight them. You even called him a good guy and admit what he said was true so take the laugh in stride and go about your day.

i dont think so. cuz i said it and was there another minute at least before he thought i "left"i. the minute i hit leave table i was gone from the table but my comp froze and i could still see chat. but yea you are right something you got to laugh about. if he siad it at the table i wouldve laughed also. just fukkin annoying. yea wulf owes alot of pts blah blah blah. i have already PMed suman that another 1500 pts is coming his way this sunday and that me and stash are winning this contest. i will beat carseller.

thks runnner for the advice as i have ben PMed by numerous friends on the forum telling me to settle down its just a gambling forum. and look at the shit carseller gets. he' s still posting as if he is a model citizen on the forum. no anger , nothing from the guy, gotta give him props for that.
