Seems like a reasonable set of choices. I found that when I let my guys get off easy or give them hours they haven't earned, they start acting like my friend before my worker. Granted 3 of my guys are life long friends but the only reason they work for me is because they understand that at work I'm their boss. I'm not a dick to them. Just have to keep the chain of command.

They know as long as they work hard Ill take care of them. They have seen me Can 3 guys in the last 2 years. I hope they know buy now this is my life and i take it seriously. The help me i help them.

Well the girls made $137 total. Not nearly what we were hoping for but considering it poured rain most of the week, not bad at all!

We have another one in two weeks at the fall festival here in town so hopefully that makes up what we were hoping here thanks for asking!!
