Who Has Been Limited At A Sportsbook??

The latest to limit me is BetIslands. I am a loser there ( have never cashed out), yet overnights only allow me $100, and during the day my limit has dropped from $1000 to $500. Why do some posters think this is unusual? Is there anyone not limited at Intertops or Sportsinteraction?

I got kicked out of 5dimes & limited to pennies at Bet Phoenix.... My limits were also cut at about 5 other books, but not significant cause I didn't really play at those ones (sportsbook, sportsbetting, betus, sportsinteraction & bodog)

I got limited at DSI. I couldn't figure it out because I had not placed a bet there in at least two weeks, and all of a sudden I see an online message every time i log in that my max bet is $250. Only thing I did differently before that was get a free months subscript. to DonBest line service, so maybe they found out somehow and didn't want that type of action.

Exactly. Anyone that is a winning player should be limited at books like Sia, Partybets etc. My limits were cut to 10% after only a month of betting at Sport interaction. It's not that hard to have your limits lowered. Most books these days are a complete joke. They are more like a shoemaker then bookmaker.

Only been limited at Bodog... They shade favourites so I was just exploiting overvalued dogs. Got limited down to like $50 a pop... Haven't played there since.

JJGOLD- I would appreciate if you'd include me in the 10% that isnt lying. I was limited at a smaller book as I stated before. It was at Skybook. I'm not lying my friend. I do understand the skepticism though.

I will never forget how quick Bet Phoenix limited me and put me on a timer.

I won $2000 on Lyon a few years ago..I try to bet 100 on a soccer game the next day and it said I could only bet 50... I called up and asked them wtf... the head linesman told me Americans don't know anything about soccer... either your sharp or you know something you werent supposed to, but either way, we won't take more then 50 from you on it. And he put limts of $100 on all other sports for me.

Oh yes I've been limited. I know a lot about sports.

I'm limited to a benjamin or less at the Mirage, Wynn, Caesars, Hilton, Atlantis.

Really makes it not worth my time considering the lifestyle that I like to live.

Got limited and chucked at lots of books, though some like heritage and bookmaker i am limited but max bet is still really higher than most books even without the limit so it is not so bad there.

I mean on a large scale.. If you think more than a handful of people on this forum are potentially pro sports gamblers you are living in a dream world.

Here's my list of bookies where i'm limited in ordered from worse to less limiting. Oh how i wish this was a lie.

PaddyPower (in a league of it's own, under 10 EUR max. bet on almost everything before i even made my 1st bet), StanJames, Betsson, , Mybet, Unibet, Bet365, Ladbrokes, Sportingbet, WillHill, Expekt, Bet-at-home

Now when i look at this long list i think the only bookies i wasn't limited are Pinny, 188bet, SBObet, BWIN (the last 1 probably only because i haven't used it too much)

I'm running out of decent euro bookies.

This is what I meant. So many people even assume they are limited but a book just has software changes. If you aren't winning at BetIslands huge and ask they would probably raise it back.

BI didn't limit you LOL.. they are doing a bunch of changes since they moved to their new building.

Uhhhmmm. Another wrong assumption, Darkhat. My limits were imposed on purpose, not by software glitches due to the change-over. I am still wondering which posters here that claim to be limited you believe are lying -- gotta be a bunch by now at 90%.

I was basing 90 percent off of a bunch of people who say it randomly in threads that aren't in here. I'm not the only one that believes this.. I didn't realize you were so sharp and make so much gambling books need to limit you so you don't bankrupt every offshore book..

It's the same as how so many people on here are rich betting sports or are retired sports gamblers posting in the forums. Full of shit. If you are some huge time rich gambler you aren't wasting your time arguing with people an an anonymous forum.
