I hate to disagree with this, but with the rivalry between these teams and the shit that has gone on between them the last few games, ANYTHING can happen here. Clearly I will favor the Pens here, but I think PHI +2.5 on the series is a great bet.

I highly doubt both flyers and sens advance cause they won the season series.

I think the fact PIT has to go through PHI is the reason they probably won't win the Cup. It's hard enough as it is without having to go through a team like PHI in the first round. A possible 7 game series that's going to be rough from the get go. I think PHI has a chance but PIT is just so fast and deadly on the PP, and with all the injuries to PHI it's hard to see them pulling it off.

You guys remember just two years ago when Caps were -600 vs Montreal and lost then Pens were -600 vs Montreal and lost. Won't be seeing numbers like that again unless Pens play Florida, even then might not happen.
