I have a perfect bracket so far, but so do a lot of people. For some reason I thought the seed differential was in the 2nd round rather then the first when I made my picks...otherwise I would have made a few different picks in the 1st round, those being:

VCU instead of Witchita (also having them win in 2nd round)
Belmont instead of Georgetown
Virginia instead of Florida
West Virginia instead of Gonzaga
Texas instead of Cincinnati

I'm sure not knowing the rules will cost me some points.

Now I know why, it says 'round 2' is seed differential. Of course, round 1 is that stupid 'first four.'
I didn't look at it long so I thought the round of 32 was the seed differential. I know that is going to cost me big.
