Cliffnotes - his mind isn't as sharp as it once was? he's trying his hand at college football and getting murdered, frustrated at the current state of college basketball where teams no longer play up or down based on data that was maybe relevant in 1970's.

I have seen him twice in the last month. He is 5'8, and muscle bound. He makes a lot of bets out of the Suncoast, which is located near his house.

I agree that he is a dying breed but I love his understanding of coaches and their individual gameplans offensively and defensively. He's very opinionated on who are solid coaches to back and vice versa. I like a power rating style of handicapping myself and there was no one better at college hoops than Alan.

I saw him in June before I went to Macau. Like houli said you can catch him at suncoast. He hasn't been doing well the past few years. Being stubborn, overextending himself and not having guys like Vaccaro letting him past post plays and bet stale numbers will do that to you.
