What was Tebow and others doing in circle after the game?

I never watched a Denver game since Tebow became the QB until today. He has won 4 games now, and most of them ugly and exciting at the same time with a lot of luck.

Anyways, what was he doing in Circle with few of his teamates and few jets players after the game? Was that some ritual? I don't get it, what why were the jets players holding hands, circle jerking with the Broncos after losing? Were they praying or something?
