floyd just fought a young, 5-9 southpaw, who weighed 165 on fightnight...and dominated him in punchstats....ortiz didnt land a jab all night.....floyd was landing lead straight rights on him at will...for those who dont know....thats insulting...when you land lead straights right through a guys guard .....as many times as floyd did through 4 rounds....thats not supposed to happen at this level....its basically saying "you are so far out of my league its not funny"....and vic knew it....which is why he was getting frustrated

I just think that Floyd doesn't make all that great of a role model for young black kids. Nit saying this makes him an overall bad guy....just wished he would make some different choices.
As far as the fight goes, I think Pac would have a very difficult time getting past Floyd. Mayweather has a decided advantage in just about every category between these two, and I can guarantee Pac hasn't come across any fighter remotely in the skill level as Floyd.
I think Floyd would win a fight against Pacquaio.....and I think it would be fairly lopsided for him.

Bob Arum is blowing smoke period. Arum/Roach said no way he would fight mosley after mosley knocked out margarito... floyd indeed fights mosley and dominates him besides 1 bad moment in the 2nd round. Arum was interviewed and said no way he would fight ortiz...than when the fight was made official arum later said that ortiz is not ready for mayweather.
Arum talks about mayweather being the one of the best fighters he's ever seen when he promoted him and than when he left arum because arum was raping him taking a big chunk of his money to do nothing besides bullshit/manipulate the media.
He now talks the same way about pacquiao saying that pacquiao is better than ali.

I'm not so convinced that pacquiao has improved as drastically as people want to say. His right hand is better sure..but mostly still just relies on speed and overwhelming you. A shane mosley who was just there for a paycheck not trying to win the fight turned/ran from pacquiao after he got knocked down once and pacquiao couldn't do much.. and I wouldn't exactly call mosley a defensive wizard.Comment -
