from the minute i wake up, i put sbr on my phone and jerkoff and read threads.

then i go and take a shit and still reading sbr on my phone.

then i go to my office while reading sbr on my phone and i boot up my computer and login to sbr

then i boot up my laptop and login to sbr and make sure everything is on sbr so i dont miss anything

then when im ready to sleep i go on sbr on my phone and watch tv on my other phone while i fall asleep.

does this cover it? this is 99% of sbr

lets see. i stroll into work around 8:30 and leave at 5 (m-f) and im on all day while there, take an hour for lunch (not on then). kids go to bed around 8ish, im in bed by 10. so whatever that equates to

Yeah if we could track how many hours posters stay would be nice, about jj I don't know, they say 2 or 3 people post from his account, the guy on the videos might be only 1 of them and then couple of more people

It's basically a matter of what I have to do... If I have nothing to do, SBR is what I do. That being said at times SBR will make me not do something I should do... this is the part that's dangerous about this place and that I have been working on avoiding lately.

I'm on from 7am-3pm weekdays with an hour break for lunch between 11am-12am So basically whenever I'm at work I'm on SBR...Weekends I don't get on too much at all.

p.s. today I'm doing 8hrs of overtime so I'm on till 11pm lol
