The Heritage site doesn't provide you with contact information. In fact, the home page doesn't allow you to do anything at all, except log in.

Was able to open a Heritage account via my Greek login. But no notification from Jamaica yet. I have several pending season bets at both books. Will Heritage accept these or will Greek/Jamaica honor them at the end of the season?

nope no emails. and even logging into greek didnt tell me anything, but i noticed the deposit/banking links were gone. btw to answer earlier questions, i had a zero balance at betjam and they still let me transfer my account to heritage, although i didnt get a freeplay (contrary to the poster that a got a $10 freeplay only having .04 cents in his account lol)

someone tell me WTF this means:

"62. Heritage Sports reserves the right to charge a $25.00 fee in the event of customer abuse of research privileges."

This means if you call them up every day asking them how much you have left in your rollover, then they have the right to charge you. Or if you dispute a wager three times a week, and they have to go to the tapes or database to research. Obviously, once in a while is ok, but don't abuse it.

Very bad news for players. Hell, we are being treated like cattle now. I would not be surprised if books start to shift rules/increase rates of payout to pad their profit margin further because as Americans all we can do is take it and say "Thanks for letting us play." It's a fukkin shame

Email or Live Chat Heritage about your BetJam problems and pending bets. I think I read today that they will honor the pending bets.

I got the transfer process at BetJam and balance was transferred to Greek overnight (AU time zone).

Hareeba: Send Greek support an email with your Greek account (assuming you have one) and BetJam account and they'll merge the two.

yep I agree my payout with 5 Dimes I just got within 3 biz days for an a ch and with them the good thing is you can request smaller a ch payouts as well lets say for $150 payout or whatever as well if need be unlike heritage who obviously wants u to do larger w/d requests lameo
