Total @ Wrigley Today

I know the wind is blowing out. Just curious to see what everyone thinks about it. Rodriguez for Houston. Rodrigo Lopez for the Cubs. I did not know that dude was still pitching! Guy has been horse shit for about three years now. Also has a horrible ERA at Wrigley and gives up plenty of HRs. Neither offense is very dynamic though, so even with the poor pitching ... what do you guys like here?

13 is a huge #, and at 84 degrees with wind blowing out at 18 mph it's possible, however, Lopez won't pitch more than 5 in my guesstimation. I'm on the under here.

He is, but so is Rodriguez. Rodriguez has an almost impossible 0.46 GB/FB ratio this season. Small sample, but still.

I wouldn't touch the under. I think it'll still sail over. 12-9 game. Cubs haven't hit a lot, but they have more HR hitters than Houston. Lean Chi, though -145 now is a bit steep.

last yr a game in wrigley was like 12.5 13 and it ended up being like an 11-8 ballgame im going with the OVER

Last time I played a big number in a similar situation at wrigley the combined score wasn't over 10. Of course I played the over and lost. I would say today it goes over 13 today though...

I feel like under is the play @ 13, but there will be a ton of errors in the outfield today with the wind blowing like that, and possibly some cheap home runs...so that total is pretty reasonable.

Gonna take a small shot for some fireworks from the offenses today. Game is on TV where I am at, so it helps me waste away the afternoon. SSW wind 18 mph for the game it looks like. Get some lift boys!

i like under here...13 is too large a number, and playing a under 12 gives you great value at +140 and still is safe if one team is hitting....to hit an over at 13 you have to have two teams hitting, and neither offense is reliable, so maybe one of these gets 7 or 8 runs in, but not both...

Total def seems high on paper, but looking at the pitching matchups and conditions today the over seems like a good bet. Personally just hope the cubs get a W.
