Telling someone "good luck" when they're up against you just demonstrates good faith and the detachment from the actual result that is required to be a winning gambler.

The only thing that tilts me is when a poker dealer says "good luck everyone". That's impossible. We're not playing blackjack here, buddy.

OP , do you think you can change the result of games by being a dikk to people who are rooting for the other team? b/c last I checked the Cleveland Browns and Oakland Raiders still aren't winning.

By wishing people "good luck" you are inherently admitting you believe you can change the result.

I wish people good luck who are against me because in my head I subconsciously think it will jinx them so in reality im telling them I hope you get raped but in a way that they think is nice.

I also wish people good luck, maybe sometimes it's more of just me being used to saying it all the time (like how we say "take care", "have fun", etc. And no, I never mean it the opposite way even if he's against me coz it's not as if it would make any much difference anyway.
