Who knows? But FWIW, they were only named in the affidavit as an example of a site that offers online gambling. It just says that the Homeland Security Agent performed internet searches and found Bodog, Absolute Poker, Full Tilt, and Poker Stars. The Feds obviously knew of Bodog way before any of this went down.

worst casse scenario on a lot of the offshore books, it takes a long time to get your money. if you are one of those who panics when your money doesnt arrive in 10 days then its not for you.

processing electronic payments is the violation that these books and poker sites are guilty of. as long as they can get a place to process their funds you will get paid.

i got my first cold call from bodog in quite a while last week and was assured multiple times that things are running "business as usual", thought it was strange.. havent used them in well over a year though

Bodog definitely cut a deal with someone. Could of easily have been the 1st book busted, but they are gaining business as we speak. Would only put small amounts in a Sportsbook online nowadays. Find a local.

I can only tell you what I did...I took everything I had out of bodog love it there but its time to live on contest winnings for a while. Theyd also be better served offering reload bonuses for players if they want the crowd back
