I'd be willing to back the fact that Arizona has a good RL record this season and is coming off a loss at home. Also, San Diego's starting pitchers have an ERA over 7 the past 10 starts but Stauffer's record/team record are padded due to the fact he has gotten a lot of run support so far this year...which isn't a strength of the Padres. I think the line is about right, so it's not a case of getting a lot of value...just a straight matchup play.
