You should keep a record of your picks on your site. And have the correct dates for when the games are played, two of the games you have listed the game is actually the next day from the posted date.

A ban for posting a link to a twitter site or his own web site seems harsh, at the very least a warning or an infraction but banning someone for that is absurd. You have a guy on here like chilecheese making sexual comments towards a poster's 3 year old daughter and hes still here posting all the time.
