Hey, what about the Grizzlies? You said Dallas, if they win this series which is far from over, will have to meet with OKC next round. Problem is, OKC has to win a game @ Memphis to reach the conf finals. Memphis is really really good at home... just ask the Spurs. Honestly, if it's Memphis and Dallas, then I see Memphis making the finals because they are young and athletic. Dallas has nobody to guard Z-bo.

I think the refs will make sure Lakers win Game 3 to make the rest of the series interesting for ratings. Same with Boston tomorrow. NBA does not want the Lakers and Celtics to go 0-3 because the ratings will drop and they will lose a ton of money.

The series is far from over if Lakers take game 4. Game 5 is pivotal. It's hard to see how these Mavs will lose four straight.

I wouldn't be so quick to count out L.A., yeah the situation is not looking good but if L.A. sweeps in Dallas its a whole new series, also Memphis did very well against Dallas in the regular season so that could be a very tough matchup for the Mavs, honestly and it pains me to say this as a Laker fan any of the teams left could legitimately win the West.

Thunder match up better with the Mavs. Same style of pushing the ball, have shooters, can make threes. Thunder have the edge inside the paint, but Chandler has really stepped up and become an agressive force inside. Mavs have the momentum and are peaking at the right time. Can't deny that!

That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard! Kidd wont guard him, he will guard Harden/Sefolosha all series, with Stevenson/Terry on Westbrook. Dallas is the deepest team in the league they can matchup with anyone... and Marion on KD... Marion is a lockdown defender and has the size and speed to give KD fits.. I dont think I would count out anyone in the West yet, there are some great matchups.
