That is usually how I travel. I love using my miles, I fly first class, why not? At times if you do it right only 5k more miles or so... I flew to and from Montreal First Class all with my Air Miles... I have 110k miles to use and I am never going to use them all.... obviously, if you bet unlimited air like lakerboy, then of course airline air miles are meaningless

but if you dont, then airline miles are really something you should take advantage of, no reason not to a lot of people ignore them and they shouldnt
