Considering Man Utd are going to rest a lot of players eg Rooney they will probably play 4-5-1 just to stop Schalke from playing. This is going to be a boring tie and I'd be surprised to see Utd score more than 1.

Where is the logic in this play? Man Utd have to play Chelsea on the weekend, a game they can't lose. They've already said they are resting Rooney and they will rest others (eg Giggs).
There is no sense in playing Utd to win by 2 goals, there is nothing here to suggest they will go for anything more than a 1-0, but will settle for 0-0.

I think the title of this post should be Here is a play that will make your debt! Tail it!!!!
On a serious note, I will presume Schalke will play attacking tonight (something they didn't have a clue how to do at home in the first leg), which will leave holes at the back for United to exploit on the counter.

Under is too risky... Schalke made a big mistake playing nervously vs United, I think the coach is smart enough to at least change their mentality for this game. United on the other hand are desperate to finish them off, 2 away goals is a nice cushion but if Schalke score just 1 the whole tie is in danger.
Rooney missing isn't even that big, all they need is a finisher like Hernandez upfront to complete the passes.

There is no way this guy bets and/or follows soccer regularly. Man U is going to control possession the entire match and are resting a handful of their players in preparation of their showdown with Chelsea on Sunday. There is no evidence pointing to Man U scoring 2-3 goals in this match. U2.5 all the way.

Why the hell does SBR still allow BRAND NEW sign-ups to post in PT? Come on already. This has been bad business for a long time.

I guess if you don't bet soccer, this will be a good way to learn. Best way to learn is to lose money.

seems like the draw has the best value considering the tactics implemented by united of pulling their strikers to rest up for EPL match with chelsea. Draw here pays 3-1 and has a decent shot. Also the +1.5 on shalke is good for a hedge on the draw.

I went with both teams to score
At the end of the day, Schalke are German and they'll fight until the very end. They'll probably end up conceding a few, but will score imo

I've taken the under but I'm also leaning towards a DRAW. It's a good price due to United fielding a weakended side with a two goal cushion.

Very big call to say they score away from home at Old Trafford. Utd had 65% possession away from home, how much do you think they will have at home? Utd are just going to play 5 in midfield and control the game with possession. They don't have to score so all they have to do is play solid and hit Schalke on the counter (Utd's favourite way to play). Schalke going all out is just going to play into Utd's hands.
You still need Utd to score with this bet aswell and with Rooney and Giggs both out, they are much less of a threat. Also you have to remember how good Neuer is.
