You conspiracy nut cases and doubters in here should have a ball with this. Bin Laden was shot TWICE, not ONCE. He was first hit in the chest. Then a gunshot to the head from close range made sure that he would not be testifying at his own trial. That is what the Bastard deserved. That is the way to send a message. Now I can't wait for the Bin Laden sympathizers to start crying about this being a "hit". That is EXACTLY what it was. This was a "KILL" order. Nothing less. This could be one reason why the administration does not want to release the pictures of his body. I congratulate Obama for showing the guts to issue the order.

When the military rids an object when wanting no one to find said object, there is no way possible said object will ever be recognized again. Osama is not in the ocean, the US military still has custody of his body. They will not say where he is going nor that they still have his remains. Dumping him in the ocean there is still a chance someone gets a hold of his body. Slim, yes, but still there is a chance. If someone gets a hold of the body, they will enshrine it, and he will be worshiped by sickos from all over.
