I think, that thinking prevails today. Lakers buried most yesterday by flat out losing. In a situation where a good team has a chance to tie the series, you always go with that team. Were talking about the number 1 seed dropping 3-1 to a 7 seed.

Then again with how ridiculous underdogs has been covering in the past two weeks, any goes at this point as far as strategical betting logic is concern.

Spurs seem like the simple choice... fact is though is that they lost 2 of the first 3 and the series price is near even money. With such a good price on the #1 seed who wouldn't take it?? I think the books know that this series is going 7 games.
