4. October 22, 2007 arrested driving under the influence.
5. June 12, 2008 ticketed for illegal lane change (inconsequential), but no DL nor proof of insurance.
6. September 10 2008 arrested and later found not guilty misdemeanor battery.
7. March 1, 2009, Marshall was arrested in Atlanta for disorderly conduct after allegedly being involved in a fight with his fiancee, Michi Noami-Campbell. Marshall was released on a $300 bond.
