tiger will probably be right at 69-70 with the caveat that anything can happen on 11&12. A birdie at 8 will set him up nicely. hasn't really missed a shot since coverage started. **looks** like he is in his zone.

also, if it'sok i'm just going to start posting in this thread with random thoughts as I watch.... such as my golf goy is fuking torched b/c phil is a head case and last week was the exception to this years rule.

i also just watched tiger's tee shot on 8... effing LOVE that low bullet he's hitting now. jason day was -11 through 23 holes until his bogey on 6.

back to tourney. always amazes me how the competition committee can completely dictate scoring. you have 1-2 guys out of 45 top professionals having a very good round today. other than that it's just a wash. i've seen them have good golfers who are members hitting putts from several locations around the general area of where the hole will be the next day. they can make the location seem benign but also where you won't make it (if you've played gold enough you know the putts I'm talking about.) #11 today seems to be a good example. almost NO putts are going in today. tomorrow will be a different story for everyone and I anticipate some very good scores.
