Sportsbook.com refuses to give me my contest winnings

I have never dealt with this site before. They had a Twitter contest in which you had to guess the score of the Butler/VCU game. I guessed it EXACTLY. They are now saying they will not fund my account with my winnings. Here is the chat.

The Twitter thread that started the contest did not list any rules or regulations whatsoever. In fact the EXACT words of the contest was ALL you need to do is follow us on Twitter and guess the score of the game. Their was no link to any other stipulations or anything. This is all time stamped on Twitter so you can see it for yourself.
