    Cubs Fans check in
Do you guys really not care whether cubs win or lose.

Watching the game. cubs down 3-0 to lowly pirates in 2nd game of year after already losing first game and cubs fans seem thrilled. Big party. Everything's great

Nobody really cares up at Wrigley....People only go there to get drunk, sure the main reason they may be getting drunk is because the cubs suck, but who knows.

There is 20 bars within a 2 minute walk from wrigley...Go before the game to the bars get drunk, stumble into the game and drink more. Go back to the bars in the 5th inning and drink. Eat some food. Get on the train and enjoy your hour trip on that sobering up.

Anyone see Soriano not run on a dropped 3rd he could have easily reached. He just stood there as the crowd howled like he was totally clueless on what to do. I guess he either thought he had fouled it or that the catcher had it. As it was the pitcher came sprinting in because the catcher couldn't find it, while the runner at 1st advanced to 2nd. He stood there for at least 10 seconds and never made a move toward 1st. Unreal.

just always wondered why it looks like fans at wrigley could care less if cubs were winning or losing

Not all that confident in my over 81.5 wins but I'll take it.

That pretty much sums up my last trip to Wrigley, except we stayed for the whole game. The Cubs actually won, who woulda guessed?

Couldn't disagree more. You see lots of standing and shouting in big situations looking for the 3rd out. You opinion is more perception than reality. Fans come out whether the team is winning or losing, but the crowd is typically very in tune to the game.
