I didn't have money on either side but would have liked to see the Astros win.

Had astros ML but what can you do? Lyon just couldn't pitch worth a shit. At the same time why the astros continued to just let him toss meatballs is beyond me.. if he doesn't have his stuff at least give yourself a chance by getting someone up in the pen.

Yeah a lot of people needed the Phillies or 90% of the board would of thrown in the towel.

got them at -260. like taking candy from a baby!

on another note, mlb kills me year after year. this might be the year that might make me quit. maybe i should thank the mlb

oh, and this is why i will always be a loser: i wanted to back the pirates as i knew they had a good chance. what do i do? i bet a team at -260.

some have it and some do not. i do not.

Bad coaching error IMO leaving Lyon in after giving up the lead. A couple of the 6 hits were broken bat lucky hits, but Lyon was throwing 88-89 mph fastballs right over the middle of the plate over and over again. He wasn't hitting his spots, and with the game on the line, he should have been taken out. Bases loaded and 1 out, the game is definitely not over.

I did have the Houston ML though so maybe I'm a little biased.

Big favs in MLB always dangerous like we saw this afternoon. Phillies couldn't do anything against HOU until they brought in Lyons who was off with his command it seemed. Oh well... UNDERDOGS ALL YEAR BABY haha.

I had Houston for .5x so not a big loss but frustrating to have that lead and only allow 4 hits all game and then lose it in the bottom of the 9th on 6 hits.

And like that, I remember why I stopped betting on baseball.

Seems like I'm always on the wrong end of that 9th inning rally.

I think i might just quit now and come back when it comes time to fade the cubs. Only problem is what will i bet on with no nba or nhl?

i really, really hate baseball betting. not because i think it's boring but due to the fact you feel like you lost your bet when your team is down by a run in the 1st inning. Also if you have access to live betting baseball... you can slowly but surly watch your BR just vanish into thin air.
