the NBA is investigating Jay-z for talking to Kentucky Wildcat players after their game in the lockerroom, but they do nothing when Jordan is talking to UNC players and telling them they will get a bunch more nike products. I'm not talking about NCAA violations. This is an NBA rule for the owners, where they can not have any type of contact with players who are not draft eligible. They investigating Jayz for it but not Jordan.
