These are the types of threads that are stupid.

People throw up a +500 bet with no analysis on the game, just a Thumbs up or a Head nod. The bet loses, he doesn't come back and say anything, IF it wins, he comes back and say CASH IT...although he most likely never had any money on it, and is just looking for some internet respect for the next 12 hours.

VCU may cover but if you want to keep your money, stay away from moneyline as KU is too much and too talented for them...

Kansas has all the pressure on it and VCU is playing with house money
VCU has a good coach, likes to mix defensive schemes and may keep Kansas off balance
VCU has been shooting lights out - dont count out the role confidence and no pressure plays in shooting well

All other #1 teams have lost - these top programs all have 5 star calibur talent but lack cohesiveness and basketball IQ

If VCU shoots lights out, keeps turnovers down, gets Kansas off balance with multiple defensive schemes, baits Kansas bigs into foul trouble early - I would take VCU pulling out a close game

Self has a history of losing to very high seeds and also losing in Elite 8 - He has won a championship so he has proven he is able to do it but I expect the final four to begin without a Number 1 seed

Expect the refs to favor VCU - just saying

I tossed $10 on the ML....Not sure if it's worth more than that, the way Kansas has been mowing teams over to make it this far. But then again I thought the same thing with Ohio St!

Ya, you can now get Kansas at -14 for 2.6... or longer odds than they were to win the whole tournament just yesterday. I'm not on this game, but I have either Uconn or UNC to win the tourney, so Kansas going down WOULD help big time, and I could score some good odds in either the final game or Futures. Hopefully they close it out.
