from an operations standpoint yes but in terms of force no, that is mostly coming from the euro powers. the U.S. atm is refusing to commit ground troops while the french appear to be leaning in that direction.

though the U.S. is apparently launching missles as we speak.

Both the French and Americans and everyone else involved won't go to ground in Libya. To many lives have been taken already to risk putting more bodies in Libya for crying out loud.

Let the Middle East eventually just eliminate one another. When theres only a couple thousand left thats when we go in and take over all of the Mid East and all the oil and what not. Good plan?
