France passed laws which requires online companies to be licensed last year.
Since then most online books, including Pinnacle and BetFair, stopped accepting (or closed the accounts of) French players.

As always ignore Emily Haines, Monaco is not part of France.

Never been in France and dont plan it lol but spent plenty time in Brasil and you can gamble online no probs there

They speak a bastardized Portuguese
The disparity between "have" and "have not" is much greater than many other 3rd world rat holes
You are better off in Argentina or Chile or the hidden gem of Ecuador
