Get a life, people don't care about SBR points for many reasons you or I don't see. You say we're losing a $1,000 a year not converting points. Well I just calculated that your losing $6,400 a year by not working your weekends off at McDonalds.
Al Masters and a few others have made good arguments and for that I tip my cap to you. I have no problem taking the criticism as long as its in a civil manner. But the majority of the negative posts are just from E-tough guys with sh*t for brains. Take this D-bag coldpimpin for instance. Nice high and mighty rant you made there pal. You know what makes it that much better? The fact that a few days ago your degen ass starts a thread titled "Will work for Points" and proceed to beg for a point loan. Hollywood cant even dream this shit up
This is me, but at least I am able to admit that as of right now with my family and current job I am not willing to throw money into offshore books (or any books for that matter). I am just here learning and having fun. Why am I "an idiot" for not going pro if I am following rule #1 of bankroll management?
OnlyMayo, I respect your honesty. It's to be applauded. And I didnt mean to call out someone in your position. My post was geared towards the people who say the can go PRO, but dont for this reason or that. It was not directed towards someone in your position. BOL

Obviously by you calling me out on HOW it was written, rather than WHAT was written you know this to be true as well. So you can continue to take this stance and I'll just have to assume your either stupid or broke. Some of my best friends are both. So no, I dont think you're beneath me and of course I'd accept a drink from you.

You dont know shit about me. But I'll give you a little info. In my posting history you'll see very positive posts and you'll see very negative posts. It's all about who you're dealing with. I never talk negative at someone who I felt didnt deserve it, just how I'm sure you felt the same way when you called me out. Also I dont instigate, generally I respond. Just keep in mind who personally attacked who first here.
Now I will admit, you did have one valid point that I agree with. Some people just dont want to or simply cant logon everyday for points. And that's fine. I probably should have clarified it in my OP a little better, but I was talking to the posters who are on here all the time already and say they can go pro, but have every lame ass excuse why they dont. It was not directed towards people who are more leisurely with their SBR use. I was not saying you need to be a loser and logon everyday of their life and get points no matter what. To the contrary. I'm talking to the guys who have 5,000 f*n posts and are obviously holed up here day in, day out. And again I could of done a better job of clarifying that.
But hey if you want to put that "fat-ass working at mcdonalds" theory of yours to the test I'm right outside Philly. I'll PM you my address. That way you can find out.

Bingo, we have a winner OP, when u have over 40 offshore accounts come back and talk to me about what it means to be 'PRO', until then keep on being one of the trolls (sheens words not mine )..

The "betting hundreds a day" guy, if he is a winning player, would be interested in collecting points since it's a small +EV move. Those small edges are what add up to profit and the gamblers I know who can't be arsed to pick up small edges are losers. A much more common breed would be the non-gamblers hanging around for shits and giggles.

A big generalization by calling all non-pros dumb but you are intitled to your opinion.
Will you accept a drink from me at the bash,or is it beneath you to be seen at a bar with a non-pro.
If I were going to the bash, I'd accept a drink from a non-pro, but would wonder why you'd shell out to get to Costa Rica but don't want to make the +EV decision to collect SBR points for doing what you already do.

Not even going to bother to read it. I get it but I have one question for all of the "Pro's"... Why do you give a shit if everyone else goes Pro or not? It does not result in any gain for you. You just keep wasting time posting shit like this - and for that YOU are the idiot!
I deal with LOCALS ONLY for one really valid reason..... ITS FUKKKKKKKIIIIINNNN ILLEGAL TO GAMBLE!!!!!! I will not put a dollar offshore, PERIOD.
You are telling me I should risk getting caught with a paper trail OR worse... Win big and have my account frozen and funds confiscated? Just so I can get SBR POINTS?????
Nobody has ever been arrested for being on the player side of betting online. Bodog, for instance, has never missed a payout in 15 years. This site exists to assist online gamblers and provide a screening process (albeit a flawed one) for online books. Gambling with a local is much more dangerous on several levels.
Since you never know who you are dealing with on the internet, I think pro status is somewhat of a mark of credibility. It shows someone was willing to use their real name to sign up with this site and link their SBR account to an online book. I don't care if someone says "I met him at the fukking bash he is a stand up guy and bets more than you make in a year". That little "SBR Pro" tag means "actual person with online roll".
Even I were betting thousands per game and making 6 figs a year, and posting on the forum just for the community or whatever, I'd want to be an SBR pro just for the credibility. There is something very sketchy to me about a big bettor that has been around for years that won't go pro.

If you dont have 2 hundo to risk, then no big deal.
But I agree if you bet anywhere you might as well put 200 hundo in somewhere.
On top of that, you can get a 25% bonus on your deposit at so many books, which is just more free money.

Whether a roll is significant or not is entirely relative. $10 can be a "roll" if you want to play penny poker tournaments. You see guys like ttwarrior here and BandiChime over on 2p2 publicly struggle to get anything going at all. $200 is what SBR set the bar at to get the perks, not me. I assume most SBR pros have more than $200 to their name, lol.

First off with your "I PRESENT THE FACTS" i never told fritz i'd fly him down to the bash, i told you that i'd like to fly YOU down(post 63),you included fritz like a little pussyy and lier in your above tantrum about me and my points.
secondly...If i wanted to i could of turned my points in for thousands in cash/free plays prior to Feb15th, instead i only bought a $100 cash at Betjam where i have an account for ages.
So you see financially speaking i'm not pressed to turn them into $$$,i'd rather try to build them into a giant amount playing a game i like, poker, you do realize i play with other pros who also like playing, it's not just a non-pro thing to like to play poker here.
You seem very concerned with me and my points and what i chose to do with them and weather or not i care about them, off course i care about them i can't play poker here without them.
So Ironic a pro recieving quadrupple the amount of points as non-pro like me busting my balls about having a handfull of points.
Nothing more then a case of mediocrity attacking excellence.

how immature are u that u actually consider flying a stranger to a bash just to bust their face open, which all of this started on a gambling forum, in which u put my name in ur mouth first.
i dont give a shit about where u gamble and that other bullshit u wrote up there, if u like points and u like playing poker then why not become a pro? its mofos like u that use the system for full benefits without giving back and mess it up for others.
masters im sure ur either 17 or 18 and ur just getting ur balls wet getting in the trap game and u think ur a mexican drug lord but reality is ur a bum who exploits the system and ruins it for others and talks tough over the net. i know niggas like u in real life, but i treat them like the dog howling at the moon, im up here ur down there, ur shit dont hurt me in no way cause i dont hear the fuking dog down there.
