Some of the people who were "smart" and signed up ahead of time did not even show up for the tourneys. What Bill is saying they will review all the sign ups this week and all players who were on autofold will be banned from future tourneys.

Well Bill said keeping out of future tourneys. This means they would probably get a warning first and if they do it again they won't be allowed to register in future tourneys. All they have to do to avoid the penalty is to unregister before the tourney starts if there is a legitimate reason for not playing.
