Aussie rules football just around the corner

Used to watch it all the time back in the early to mid 80's when it was on ESPN....Fast and rough sport with no pads.

I got a couple Aussie friends online getting pumped up for the season to start in a few weeks....One of them likes to bet on it.

I hope I can find a channel to watch some of it live this season.

Yes.......I think 5 Dimes had lines on the games last year.

I'm sure a couple others will as well.

I myself never tried betting it.....But that can change this season.

I wonder why you yanks do not bet on more aussie sports. NRL, Super 15 and AFL are all about to start. I bet on college foot, college baskets occasionally, nfl and nba so why don't you fellas take advantage of the aussie games and seasons?

Cause it was hard for me to find live AFL games last year......They'll show an occasional game on ESPN 2.

Probably may have to resort to video streaming.

Yeah, we seem to get more of the american sports on our cable than you do of ours on yours.

Just got an Aussie friend a few months back who bets on horses, AFL, etc.......He is gonna email me some of his AFL plays when the season gets rolling.....I'll see how that works.

AFL football is getting more enticing now.
