I came in 2nd last week, and lost on a coin flip all in to decide it.

I would of had a huge 1st place chip lead with 15 people left yesterday, but some donkey got lucky on the river knocking me out.

Haven't done much in any of the others.

Once you make the final table is a crap shoot. I made a final table short stack and finished 3rd and made a final table with the most chips and finished 9th.

It gets really tough when it's down to like 15 players remaining. Short stacks have no choice but to push and hope for some over cards. The final table gets insane...places 10th through 6th are decided in about 10 hands

I've finished 10th, 14th and 11th this week...

It just becomes a push and pray once you get down to two tables.

And as others have said, the final table is even worse, in that regard.

I was at the final table with you today...and you made a very questionable play.. shoving pre flop in early position with KJ and you got caught. You weren't short stacked... you had about 16k at the time.. no need for that type of hail mary at that point.

You remember more details? blinds? how many left(though im assuming 5).

i mean, if blinds were 1k/2k, and he has 16k 5 handed and he was UTG+1, then this wouldnt be a bad play.

On the other hand, if blinds were 500/1k with the rest being the same, then it was too aggressive.

At least you weren't in first place with 2 left and double the stack and then got your opponent to call with A-3 when you had A-10 and have him catch a 3.

And then go all-in with A-4 and get called with 4-5 and have him catch a 5.

blinds were 1500-3000 or 2000-4000 down to 5 players

i was UTG and shoved w/ QJ suited and got called w/ AK

i think w/ 15K and blinds at that level that is right play. Next 2 hands brings me down to under 9K, had to make move. You were leading w/ over 35K

lol then ya i think it was the right play. Shitty situation though. QJ isnt a great hand by any means and adding your UTG to it sux even more. But blinds taking off like 25% of ur stack, you need to make the play.

it is hard on the final table but he had time before he would go all in with that hand.some people get to anxious
