dIf you're talking online, I'd be surprised if it isn't Betfair followed by Pinnacle and SBO
But if you take in shop-fronts a few of those UK books would be pretty big too.
No idea about how Vegas would measure up to them all.

what does biggest mean? how can we compare these books? paid tax? annual profit? numbers of customer? numbers of worker?
also there are some subjective things
Repuptation, history/background....
Everyone tells a book name but this is nonsense discussion

if not online only, Ladbrokes does a shitload of overall volume and Fortuna is not too shabby either across all their shops and territories ...

ladbrokes would have to be the biggest in total with all the shops plus online, they have been in business for decades

Laddy has so many shops that I´d say them. If only internet then Betfair and Pinny.
Asian book. Accounts by invitation only.
A few other books (e.g. 12Bet) clone their odds.
Ladbrokes is the biggest traditional book by turnover.
Difficult to compare Betfair to a traditional book because amount matched on an exchange and amount risked are not the same thing.
