i think its so hard for a wr to win MVP because the QB is throwing him the ball. SO unless he gets like 100+ yards after catch, its hard. Deion Branch won it but Brady was what made him good(still the case) so i find it hard to do.

Santonio Holmes won it too, which was very deserving. I definitely disagree this year...Aaron Rodgers deserved the MVP.

A QB has to really stink it up to not win MVP. ARodger played well when it counted. Should not have even been co mvp's.

If Rodgers would have thrown an INT, you might be right. He threw for over 300 yards and had 3 TDs with a turnover, not sure how many QBs have done that in a Super Bowl, but I'm guessing it's not many. Probably one of the best QB performances in a Super Bowl

I would give it to Rodgers, Nelson actually had the best numbers except he dropped 3 balls. I would rank Jennings 4th.

It's tough b/c the QB's almost always win the MVP. And every year, I try to not give it out to the QB, but honestly they deserve it a lot. This year, I really felt that Jennings should have won.

Flip side, if Steelers won, I think it would have been Ward or Wallace

                Either one can be justified.

Rodgers would have had much better numbers if receivers could have caught the ball more.

No way, Jennings was good but Rodgers put the ball right on the money for him. And imagine Rodgers numbers if the Packers hadn't dropped all those passes. Arod was lights fukkin out tonight, he deserved that for sure.

good thinking, without the drop balls especially the one by jones which coulda been a huge gain, his numbers could have been ridiculous.

jennings and nelson were about even

and both of them were catching passes from rodgers

                      so its an easy decision

Nelson was unreal. 9 catches for 140.

are you kidding? rodgers was really good this game making some amazing throws. Jennings didn't do anything mvp worthy this game besides catching well thrown balls

Yup that's probably why he didn't win it. I don't think anyone really had a chance it was going to be Rodgers' no matter what unless he throw a pick or two late.

If it wasn't gonna go to Rodgers it should have been Nelson.

QBs usually take it. Maybe if Rodgers threw a few picks.
