    Seems they do same thing but Neteller does not take Canadians

              yah I know, wasn't easy at all, took a few weeks going back and forth with their slow-ass support; having to give them different notarized costa rican documents to prove i live here. i hope it was worth it, people are always posting about how fast books payout through moneybookers

                    They are both basically the same.
                    Moneybookers is slightly more widely accepted (in terms of books) and has a better VIP program (IMHO).

                    I use Neteller more though and can proudly say that I have never paid a penny in fees. I make deposits directly from my bank account which are free and make withdrawals (not cash) using the Neteller **.

                      Same thing, though we Canadians can no longer use Neteller. Doesn't really matter because Moneybookers does everything you need if you're betting online. You can use it a poker sites and online merchants as well.
