A number of bank wire processors were lost in the last week, effecting all sportsbooks that used those processors. 5Dimes is exploring alternate withdrawal options for players, and expects those options to be implemented shortly.

To clarify the original post of this thread, players may also request a $3,000 cashier's check each week.

They say my monday bank wire was one of the last to be processed but its ALWAYS here on thursday, so when it wasnt here today they said it WILL be tomorrow. We will have to wait and see. I get the feeling the next person I talk to will tell me mine WASNT processed.

this is a big problem for 5dimes. There CS has always been subpar, their main attraction was how quick they paid out. Now if you have an issue with how long it takes, they'll tell you to go F yourself.

Actually the check I got was the best looking check I've ever seen from a book

I'm experiencing the same thing - I created a new thread before reading through this one:

I requested a payout for $1775 on Monday 1/24 via bank wire (not Chase/Wamu). Several hours later, I received a processing confirmation. On Friday, the deposit had not been made yet so I called 5dimes- they told me to call back Monday, 1/31 (today). I called back today and they told me to call back Wed. Seems like they just keep telling me to call back.

I have to reload on Thursday at 5Dimes. In the not to distant past they took my bank debit card. They gave me a security check and there was no problem. When i send them money via debit card it's up on my internet account in 5 seconds. I hope this hasn't changed.

They just put the money back in my sportsbook account at 5D one week after it was taken out and put on a 3-5 day bank wire. They are saying their processor froze the last ones that were processed and its their fault but they dont give you and compensation like a free check or anything. Its total bullshit.
